I have been passionate about health ever since I was diagnosed with cancer and infertility back in '92. With diet and lifestyle changes I cured myself. In '10 I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease, again I tweaked my diet and made lifestyle changes and went form 34% kidney function to over 80%.
I know for a fact that what you put inside your body and what you surround yourself with all has a direct affect on your health. I have so much knowledge on this subject and I want to help as many people as I can enjoy feeling great and being healthy. I emphasize quality of life. I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. I have studied epigenetics, the power of the subconscious mind, neuro-associations, mindfulness, meditation, reiki, iridology, visualization, fitness, yoga, disease prevention, alternative medicine, longevity, and NLP.
